大家好！ 为了更好地满足各位的需求，生物医学实验技术中心质谱与代谢平台近期购入细胞能量代谢分析仪Seahorse XF Pro，该分析仪以 96 孔规格测量并报告活细胞的耗氧率 (OCR)、质子释放率 (PER) 或细胞外酸化率 (ECAR) 以及 ATP 产生速率，综合这些检测结果可在系统水平表征培养细胞和体外样品的细胞代谢功能。为了方便大家了解这台仪器及相关应用，平台将安排一次线下理论及应用培训，主讲人为安捷伦Seahorse工程师何志鑫，详细内容请见海报。

Dear all,
The Mass Spectrometry and Metabolomics Core Facility recently ordered the Seahorse XF Pro Analyzer. This instrument measures and reports the oxygen consumption rate (OCR), proton efflux rate (PER) or extracellular acidification rate (ECAR), as well as ATP production rates of live cells in a 96-well format. These measurements provide a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function in cultured cells and ex vivo samples. The instrument is in room 1#118, Yunqi campus. For a better understanding of this instrument, a lecture-based course that covers theory and applications was scheduled. Please find the information below and scan the QR code to join us.
