主要附件及配置 |
1.对测试的固体样品粒径小于3 mm(包括一些薄膜衬底样品,长度一般≤1.5cm,宽度≤5 mm,因为顺磁样品管直径在3~5mm)。样品质量依据材料自身性质一般控制在几毫克至0.1克左右。另外,吸波材料不适合做EPR测试。2.对于液体样品,提供约0.5mL溶液;对需要检测自由基的捕获实验,测试样品需现场配制,一般捕获后的产物寿命仅分钟级的。此外,捕获剂本身对光、环境温度也都非常敏感,不易长时间暴露在空气环境中。3.对需要进行惰性气体保护的EPR原位、光照、低温等实验,需要课题组提供自制的样品管附件。1.There is no special requirement for solid powder samples to be tested, as long as the particle size of solid samples is less than 3 mm (including some thin film substrate samples, generally no more than 1.5cm in length and 5mm in width, because the paramagnetic sample tube diameter is 3~5mm).
