设备简介:
物质科学公共实验平台热重逸出气体分析联用设备已投入运行。该系统集成同步热分析仪TGA/DSC、红外光谱仪FTIR、气相色谱质谱分析仪GCMS三个部分,三部分设备可单独测试,并可实现TGA/DSC-FTIR、TGA/DSC-MS、TGA/DSC-GCMS、TGA/DSC-FTIR-GCMS等联用实验。特有的16位储气装置可实现一次热重实验中多个温度点逸出气体的分析。该套联用设备可对热重实验产生的气体产物进行透彻的定性表征、定量分析,从而追溯和解决样品的深层次反应机理与动态过程研究等解析。

TGA/DSC部分:
(1) 温度范围:RT~1100℃
(2) 线性升温速率:0.1~500℃/min;
(3) 天平灵敏度:0.1ug;
(4) 34位全自动进样器;
(5) 16位储气罐;
FTIR 部分:
(1) 波长范围:7800-350cm-1
(2) 光谱分辨率:优于0.09cm-1 ;
(3) 配置ATR采样附件,内置式,独立光路、独立检测器、金刚石晶体 ;
(4) 快速扫描:基本功能每秒优于65张光谱(@16 cm-1) ;
GCMS部分:
(1) 离子化能量:5-241.5eV;
(2) 柱温箱:室温以上4˚C~400˚C;升温速度:0.1˚C/分钟~120˚C/分钟 ;
(3) 离子源为EI源;
(4) 离子源温度:独立控温,150-350℃可调;

TGA/DSC-FTIR-GCMS System includes TGA/DSC,FTIR and GCMS. It can be used as TGA/DSC, TGA/DSC-FTIR、TGA/DSC-MS、TGA/DSC-GCMS、TGA/DSC-FTIR-GCMS. The unique IST16 gas storage device enables the analysis of evolved gases at multiple temperature points in a TGA/DSC experiment. The system can accomplish qualitative and quantitative characterization of gas products produced by TGA/DSC experiments, so as to trace and solve the analysis of the in-depth reaction mechanism and dynamic reaction process of samples.
