超分辨率激光扫描共聚焦显微镜因分辨率高、简单易用,功能全面,是公共仪器平台最受欢迎的成像仪器之一。激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在生物和生物材料交叉研究均具有广泛的应用前景。利用荧光标记,激光共聚焦可用于蛋白的定位和定量、亚细胞器结构高分辨率成像、共定位分析和蛋白互作研究、活细胞成像等实验。对于材料研究还可以用于细胞和材料相容性研究,材料样品表面形貌成像,无损表征形貌结构和评估表面粗糙度等。
Super resolution laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) is one of the most popular imaging instruments in the core facility because of its high resolution, ease of use, and comprehensive functionality. LSCM has a wide range of applications in both biological and biomaterials cross research. Using fluorescent labeling, LSCM is applied to protein localization and quantification, high-resolution imaging of subcellular organelle structures, co-localization analysis and protein interactions, and live cell imaging. For materials research, LSCM can also be used for cell-material compatibility studies, surface topography imaging of material samples, non-destructive characterization of topography and assessment of surface roughness.
