缪晓和博士于2010年始任职于KAUST从事单晶、多晶、高分辨外延膜XRD的方法学及应用的研究工作,涵盖了各类XRD的数据采集、分析处理及结构解析精修,主要支撑KAUST的太阳能电池、锂电池等能源材料、有机合成产物、催化剂结构及反应机理的研究;期间发表了34篇论文。缪晓和博士有丰富的XRD应用实践、数据处理及结构解析和精修经验,负责XRD实验室的规划、建设与管理;基于应用需求进行XRD功能及方法学的拓展,为研究课题提供技术支持。

缪晓和博士的研究兴趣是基于金属有机框架材料的设计和控制生长、在均相/非均相催化、气体分离、能量储存及转化领域中的应用;结合XRD技术进行构效关系的研究工作

专业特长

1-从事粉末XRD, 原位XRD,单晶XRD和高分辨单晶外延膜XRD的各类衍射数据采集、处理和分析,能够利用先进和传统的从头和半从头算法解析和精修单晶及部分粉末化合物的晶体结构;

2-拓展XRD的方法学发展与新领域内新应用的开发;同时兼顾XRD实验室的用户培训、服务。


Dr. Xiaohe Miao is devoted to exploring the methodology and applications of single-crystal, powder and high-resolution XRD, including the data acquisition, processing and structure analysis, to support the research fields in photovoltaic, Li batteries, organic, MOFs, catalytic mechanism etc at KAUST. She published 34 articles during working at KAUST. She has rich experience in XRD applications, processing and structure analysis, and proposes the perspectives of XRD lab. She is dedicated to support researchers with XRD techniques and data processing experience.

1- X-ray Crystallography: Crystal structure determination by single-crystal and powderdiffraction. Rich experience in experimental X-ray diffractometry and methodologies

for ab-initio crystal structure determination;

2-Methodology development: explore XRD new method and apply to new research field;

3-In charge of XRD trianing and service.

主要负责XRD实验室的全局统筹与发展规划工作、仪器设备的方法学发展与新领域内新应用的开发;同时兼顾XRD实验室的培训、服务,数据分析及结构解析。


Mainly responsible for the development of XRD lab, proposing the workscope and perspective of XRD lab. At the meantime, exploring new methods and techniques and applied in new systems. Furthermore, she also provides XRD trainings, service and data interpretation (such as structure analysis) to researchers of 开云app官网下
