周桃飞,2002年毕业于安徽大学物理系;2007年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系并获理学博士学位,攻读博士期间获中国科学院院长优秀奖;博士毕业后加入中科院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所,负责测试分析平台光电性能分析实验室建设与日常运行,并从事GaN单晶材料与相关器件、GaInP/GaAs/InGaAsP/InGaAs高效多结太阳电池、GaAs/AlGaAs红外焦平面探测器等多种光电材料与器件的光电性能与新型光电表征分析技术的研究。2013年被推选为中科院青年创新促进会会员,2010年与2015年先后晋升为副研究员和项目研究员。2016~2017年访学耶鲁大学电子工程系,从事GaN多孔材料与相关器件的热学与光学性能分析。至今作为课题负责人,先后主持各类科技研发项目10余项;目前发表SCI论文40余篇,并在各类光谱与光电表征分析技术研究方面,拥有授权发明专利15项,实用新型专利2项。
