We applied fastGWA or fastGWA-GLMM to ~3000 traits on 456,422 array-genotyped and 49,960 whole-exome-sequenced individuals of European ancestry in the UK Biobank. All the GWAS summary statistics can be browsed and downloaded at thefastGWA data portal.

We have also provided a way to download the GWAS summary statistics for all the traits by a batch job (please clickherefor more details).
